Synergy Business Alliance "Mastermind and Professional Association"
Synergy Victoria is an association of like minded business owners and professionals with a desire to build personal business through a trusting group of peers. The foundation of this group will be to select trusting relationships to share ideas and concepts for the benefit of all parties involved. “Service before Self” Regular meetings (once or twice per month) are scheduled to build trusting relationships for the development and sharing of referrals and business activities. This alliance of like minded professionals creates the synergy of 1+1=3 Synergy Victoria will be a select group of people from the business community that will vow to put professionalism and service before self on all business dealings. New members must be approved unanimously by all existing alliance members. Prospective new members must not be from a vocation already held by an existing member. Membership attendance is mandatory to establish a commitment of trust and confidence. Synergy Victoria uses technology to communicate and market the services of the alliance. Newsletters, seminars, marketing and advertising can be shared to establish new business. Currently a user group on facebook is used to communicate meetings and agendas for membership. A brochure of club concepts and mission statement is being created for distribution. The membership is special in its design of directors and officers. Each meeting will be chaired and hosted by a different member. This gives an opportunity for the chair to give full exposure of his/her business activities and insight into the personal interests of said member. Each meeting has specific agenda materials to follow prior to presentation of the hosting chairperson.Attendance/New Business/New Members/Presentation Each meeting will be 90 minutes in duration. There may be non-mandatory activities that follow monthly meeting. There are no membership dues or costs at this time.
